Our Projects
Keystone Energy designs, engineers and deploys industrial-scale torrefaction plants across India, converting municipal solid waste, RDF, biomass and STP sludge into Torrefied Charcoal, which is also known as Torrefied MSW, Torrefied Biomass, BioChar and Green Coal. Our project portfolio includes around 850 Tons Per Day of combined capacity across four Indian states.

Engineering Edge
Keystone Energy's proprietary continuous torrefaction technology is engineered for 6,000+ operating hours per year in modular 50–1000 TPD plant configurations and is compatible with multiple feedstocks such as municipal solid waste, RDF, biomass and STP sludge.
The process produces dry, carbon-dense solid fuels known as Torrefied MSW, Torrefied Biomass, Torrefied Charcoal, BioChar and Green Coal which have a calorific value up to 6,000 Kcal/kg (depending on the feedstock) and these fuels are suitable as drop-in coal-replacement fuel for thermal power plants, cement plants, steel plants and industrial boilers.
